摘要 介绍了虚拟样机和利用ADAMS建立虚拟样机的步骤,对火炮主要故障进行了分析和讨论,重点对驻退机漏液、节制环磨损、复进机漏液和漏气对火炮射击性能参数的影响进行了研究。首次将ADAMS引入故障评估研究,结合Fortran语言编制火炮故障仿真模块,在ADAMS环境下建立了火炮虚拟样机,并仿真研究了故障因素对火炮射击性能的影响。最后对下一步工作的前景进行了展望。 The significance of virtual prototyping and the steps of modeling with ADAMS are introduced, the main faults of artillery are classified and the main faults of recoil and counter-recoil mechanisms are studied. ADAMS is first to be introduced into fault evaluation. With the simulation module provided by Fortran language, virtual prototype of artillery is established by using ADAMS, and the effects of faults on firing performance of artillery are simulated. Finally, the perspective of next work is presented.
