摘要
讨论和分析了轧制过程动态仿真的重要性和仿真系统的组成结构。根据该计算机仿真系统的结构特点、轧制过程仿真数据库的功能要求及仿真系统对数据管理的特殊要求,提出了适合于轧制过程仿真系统的两种数据库系统结构设计方案,并对两种方案的特点进行了比较。主动数据库技术能够在系统运行过程中主动处理当事件发生或条件变化时系统应该主动触发执行什么样的动作或动作序列。根据仿真系统运行中数据库的功能特点,本文采用了主动数据库的设计思想来解决与仿真系统运行过程相关的重要问题。最后,本文对仿真数据库系统开发实现中的重要问题和关键技术进行了讨论并提出了相应的解决方案。
In the paper, the importance and the framework of rolling process dynamic simulation system are discussed and analyzed. The two database design schemes (the framework of database system, client/server structure and distributed database structure) of the simulation system are presented based on the hardware structure, the function of database system and the special requirements of the simulation system. And the two design schemes are analyzed and compared. Active-database can provide the corresponding information when events occur and conditions vary in the course of system running. In this article, active-database design is used in the rolling process simulation database system to resolve some important problems relative with real-time control. Finally many key technologies and the approaches during realization are discussed.
