微机控制的医药胶塞全自动清洗系统

本文提出了基于工业控制计算机的医药胶塞全自动清洗系统。简要介绍了该系统的工艺流程、硬件结构和软件框架，着重讨论了针对特殊工艺要求和若干技术难点所采取的相应措施和解决方法。系统运行结果表明，胶塞灭菌指标符合医药行业ＧＭＰ标准，且系统运行稳定。

This paper present the automatic cleaning control system for medical stoppers based with industrial computer. It firstly introduces the technological process, the implementation of the hardware and the frame of the software, then mainly focuses on the methods for some special technological requests and technical difficulties. The result shows that the cleaned stoppers can meet the GMP standard of the medicine field and the control system works smoothly.
