TMN suffers some troubles during its development, however, the novel telecommunication information networking architecture (TINA) is able to solve these problems. This paper expatiates the technology difficulties that must be settled when we migrate TMN toward TINA.This paper introduces five migrating schemes, and expounds the tight coupling and the loose coupling technology at length.
