基于实例推理(CBR)的企业定单处理方法研究

Application of CBR in Enterprise Order Processing

企业电子商务和开放式信息自动化处理系统实现了客户定单信息的自动化获取与处理,使企业信息采集处理能力大大增强,同时企业原来的定单处理方式已经不能满足客户和企业的要求。该文提出了实现企业定单的自动化与智能化CBR处理方法;研究了实现定单结构化的处理方法;定单信息的编码方法和定单实例的CBR处理。

With the establishment of e-Commerce and open automatic IMIS(integrated management information system),enterprise has realized the automatical information acquisition and processing,but now,its previous order processing system can't satisfy the customers' critical demand and a new method of order processing is urgently needed.In this paper,an automatical order processing method of CBR is put forward;a method of enstructuring order information,coding order information and CBR order processing flow are also discussed in details.
