提出了基于模糊推理的公路工程项目质量评判模型 ,该模型对目前质量评判模型进行了修正 ,消除了在项目质量评分和项目质量等级之间存在的不一致性 .同时整个模型以易于理解的规则形式表示 ,使评判者可以根据实际情况进行调整和修改 ,使决策过程更具柔性 .

The paper proposes a new method for highway construction project quality evaluation method based on fuzzy inference, the method solved the conflict between the quality score and the quality grade. And the model consisted of fuzzy linguistic rules that easily understand, so it is can be modified and extended to the real decision process, and make the decision process more flexible.
