从分析风险因素的特征出发 ,研究了风险客观存在的效应机制 ,建立了风险诱惑效应、约束效应及其平衡过程的表述性模型 ,在此基础上提出了结合决策者行为与风险效应的风险效应一行为决策模型 ,发展了传统的风险决策理论和方法 .

This paper adopts an alternative approach to investigate risk behavior through the investigation of rish characteristic. Following the review on risk characteristics, this study establishes the concept of risk attractiveness, risk constraints and risk balance process. These conceptual developments lead this study to the establishment of risk-behavior decision-making model which integrate risk management techniques and risk behavior.
