摘要
本文介绍曲轴动平衡去重校正的计算。由于去重形状复杂以及去重钻头不与曲轴轴心垂直,当校正面固定时去重重心不落在校正面上。解决办法是在实时计算时,多次调整校正面直至去重重心落在校正面上。
This paper introduces the calculation of dynamic balancing of cran-kshaft.Because the shape of removed weight is complicated and the drill is not perpendicular to shaft axis, the center of gravity of removed we-ight is not in the correction plane when the correction plane is fixed.The way to solve the problem is that during the real-time calculation,the position of correction plane is adjusted until the center of gravityof removed weight is in the correction plane.
