摘要
以一类重复性生产方式的机器人制造单元作为研究对象 ,通过分析在制造单元加工流程和输送流程中的各个活动所要满足的约束条件 ,提出了一种基于极大代数的机器人单元的建模方法 ;并根据所建立状态空间模型 ,分析了在确定决策下系统的稳态性能 。
Taking a robot manufacturing cell of repetitive production as subject investigated, a modeling method of robot manufacturing cell based on max algebra is presented in this paper according to analysis of the constraints exerted on the actions of machining and transfer process of a manufacturing cell. Based on the states space model constructed, stationary performance of the system under deterministic decision is analyzed and a method of deriving the cycle time of the system is obtained.
