摘要
通过双重差距模型分析 ,认为与发达国家相比 ,我国企业在技术能力方面普遍存在技术水平和技术学习能力双重差距 .企业要提高总体技术能力应采取技术引进与提高学习能力并举的策略 .但由于技术引进和学习都受到一定的资金限制 ,为在一定成本约束条件下最大限度地提高企业的技术能力 ,本文经过数学推演证明 ,企业的最佳技术发展路径就沿着所有成本约束方程与等技术能力曲线切点的连线 (即技术扩展线 ) ,并不超过技术发展的上下脊线 .本文的分析结论还表明与发达国家的技术能力差距越大的企业 ,越应注重通过技术引进 (转移 )来提升技术能力 .反之 ,越应注重通过学习和创新提高技术能力 .最后 。
By means of analysis of two-gap model, it can be seen that most enterprises of our country have two gaps (technical gap and learning ability gap) in technical ability comparing with the developed countries, the enterprises should employ both technology introduction and learning to raise the total technical ability. However, both introduction and learning are limited by funds. In order to bring the technical ability of enterprise into a maximum under a certain capital condition, by means of mathematical inference, it is proved that the optimum technical developing route for an enterprise is the line (the technical extending line) linking with the cutting points of cost equations and technical ability curves. Under a certain of assumptive prerequisite, a theoretic equation for the reasonable distribution of a limited fund between introduction and learning is inferred in this paper.
