商业连锁企业管理信息系统的模型研究与开发

The Model Research and Development of MIS for Chain Stores

针对当前商业连锁企业管理信息系统的缺陷 ,提出了一个新的管理信息系统模型。新的模型利用当前先进的计算机技术 ,融入了供应链优化、业务流程重组及数据仓库的思想 ,增强了商业连锁企业与供应商之间的战略联盟 ,减少了商品的流通环节和企业的运营成本 ,加强了对企业综合分析和管理决策的支持 。

A new MIS model is presented in this paper in order to overcome the drawbacks of current MIS for chain stores.The advanced computer technology and the new ideas such as the support chain optimization,business process reengineering and data warehouse are introduced to the new MIS model,which strengthens the strategic union between chain stores and their suppliers, decreases the nodes of commodity flow and operation cost of chain stores,enhances the support for synthetical operation analysis and management decision,improves work efficiency.
