摘要
以一改进型电子送经机构为分析对象 ,在其动力学模型基础上 ,结合特征系统实现算法 ,对实测数据进行系统参数识别 ,实现对所建理论模型正确性的验证 ,并在固有频率上取得了一致性。同时提供了理论上难于获得的阻尼参数 ,为相关机构动力学分析与动态设计提供了理论依据。
The paper analyzes the dynamics of the let-off motion in a high-speed loom. The corresponding dynamic parameters, which could verify the theoretical model, are identified based on the method of ERA(Eigen-system Realization Algorithm)in experiment. The results show there is almost no difference for the natural frequency between theory and experiment. On the other hand, the damping ration obtained by ERA, Which is hardly determined in theory, can also be utilized for the further theory analysis.
