摘要
采用目前较先进的有限元应用软件AN SYS ,通过建立有效的压缩机组计算模型来计算临界转速 ,并与试车结果进行比较 ,两者具有较好的一致性。根据计算和实测结果 ,提出了解决振动超标的办法 ,并按照这一办法解决了振动超标问题。计算模型中主要解决了滑动轴承的模化问题 ,在试车中采用Bently3 3 0
Using finite element software ANSYS,the critical speed is calculated by establishing calculating model of effective compressor unit.It can compare with the test running result.Both of them have be_tter consistence.The method of solving vibration overproof is put forward according to the calculating and measuring results. Finally the problem of vibration overproof is solved by this method.Modelling problem of sliding bearing is mainly solved in calculating model.Bently 3300 system is used for monitoring in the test running.
