摘要
对大直径测量中的滚轮打滑问题进行了分析和探讨 ,提出了用分段取值的方法对打滑段进行补偿 ,利用 80 98单片机的HSO软件定时器中断和HSI.0中断 ,设定HSI .1为T2的外部记数源 ,分别完成分段取值、测量控制和数据采集工作。论述了系统的软硬件结构及工作原理 ,并对实验结果进行了分析。
In order to monitor and compensate the slipping section of base wheel in large diameter measurement,method of acquiring data in section has been put forward.The MCS8098 is used to apply this method to large diameter measurement.The HSO software timer interruption is applied for acquiring data in section and the HSI.0 interruption is applied for controlling measurement process and the data is collected by setting up HSI.1 as input of timer2.Concludes construction of system and principle of work.In the end,the result of test is analysed.
