啤酒瓶清洗剂去污力评价方法的研究

METHOD OF EVALUATION OF DETERGENT POWER OF CLEANING AGENT FOR WASHING BEER BOTTLES

模拟啤酒瓶污垢 ,采用与啤酒瓶材质相同的玻片 ,用白度值反映玻片污染前后及洗涤前后透光率的变化 ,研究出一种啤酒瓶清洗剂去污力评价方法。用该法在实验室通过去污力测试比较进行啤酒瓶清洗剂样品配方的选择与调整是可行的 。

A method of evaluation of detergent power of cleaning agents used in washing beer bottles is proposed by measuring the whiteness with a whiteness meter. This method is applied as a guide for the study of preparation and choice of cleaning agents. Glass plates having dimension of 20cm 2 and of same quality or specification as the actual beer bottle, are used as specimens in the whiteness testing. The detergent power is calculated by the following formula: F=(a 3-a 2)/(a 1-a 2) where, F the detergent power; a 3 whiteness of washed glass plate; a 2 whiteness of polluted glass plate; a 1 whiteness of clean glass plate.
