摘要
基于Blok接触温度准则,本文通过对包括变位系数、刀具压力角和齿顶高系数等几何参数的优化,简化了直齿轮最大瞬时闪温的计算过程;提出了一个综合参数Gm──平均等抗胶合几何参数,并且给出了不同齿数比时该参数的具体数值;得到了含Gm的最大闪温的显示表达式,籍此推导出可用于齿轮最佳抗胶合强度设计的公式,实现了先确定小齿轮分度圆直径,进而计算齿轮其余全部参数的设计目标。另外,本文还建立了模拟试验胶合载荷和实际运用齿轮传动载荷间的对比换算。所推导的计算公式形成了齿轮抗胶合强度的完整计算体系,最后以实例验证了计算公式的有效性。
Based on contact temperature criterion, the calculation of maximum instantaneous flash temperature of spur gears is simplified through optimization of geometric parameters, including modification coefficients, cutter pressure angle and addendum coefficient. An overall parameter Gm was presented as an antiscuffing geometric parameter, and its values of different tooth ratio of pinion/wheel were given. The explicit expression of the maximum flash temperature which included Gm was then used to derive a formula for designing gears of optimal antiscuffing strength. This design formula allows us to determine the minimum reference diameter of a pinion, and thus to calculate all other parameters of a gear. Additionally, a formula was established for converting antiscuffing load limit obtained using a simulation tester into that of practical gear transmissions. All the formulae form a complete calculation system for scuffing resistance of gears, and its validity was shown by examples.
