在影响天然气发展的诸多因素中 ,价格是非常关键的因素。社会主义市场经济体制的建立必然要求改革目前天然气定价机制 ,由市场供求关系决定天然气价格是我国天然气价格制定的必然趋势。在充分分析我国与世界先进国家天然气定价历史演变的基础上 ,对构成天然气价格的各生产环节定价的原则、方法进行了探讨。

Analysis of pricing procedure in the developed country and the principle that natural gas pricing insists on 'reasonable price parity'and 'cost plus profit'.It discusses the principal and method of pricing each production link that makes up the price of natural gas in order to ensure the benefit of each carrier the exploration and development,pipeline transprtation,gas distribution and the user,the the price of wellhead decidedly'cost plus profit'.The price of pipeline transportation is evaluated on 'static medod'and 'dynamic method';users are priced by their endurance with different kinds.It discussed the pricing formula that gas price should be adjusted with the change of market.
