摘要
针对第 1代普通齿型塑覆铜管在实际使用中存在的缺陷 ,研制开发了内层为无缝紫铜管 ,以聚乙烯为中间发泡体层和外层保护层的基材 ,采用“一步法”三层共挤成型工艺生产的第 2代发泡塑覆保温铜管。其导热系数仅为第 1代普通齿型塑覆铜管的 18% ,具有良好的防冻、保温、节能、卫生安全、耐腐、耐久等特点 ,是一种理想的防冻、保温、节能型新型管材。
The second gereration of foam plastic coated thermal insultation copper pipe has been developed in view of faults of the first generation of ordinary toothed plastic coated copper pipe used in practice.The new generation pipe consists of seamless copper tube as inner layer,polyethylene as middle foamed layer and base of outer protective layer, produced by 'One step process' three layers coextrusion forming process.The pipe is an idea new tube material with freeze resistance,thermal insulation and energysaving,sanitation and safety,corrosion resistance,lasting propties.Its thermal conductivity is only 18% of the first generation pipe.
