摘要
微孔聚合物是 80年代初发明的一种新型材料 ,在 90年代由于超临界CO2 的使用而得到了很大发展 ,并被誉为“二十一世纪的新型材料”。本文介绍了微孔聚合物的基本制备方法、结构特点和性能 ,以及研究现状。特别介绍了在微孔聚合物制备中应用超临界CO2 的优点 ,详细介绍分步快速升温法、快速降压法和连续法的基本过程和研究成果 。
Microcellular polymers, as a group of foamed materials invented in 1980s have got a great development in 1990s due to the application of supercritical CO\-2 in their processing. They are usually called as \!novel materials for 21 Century\'. In this review, the preparation, structure and properties of microcellular polymers, theoretical progress are summarized. The advantages of using supercritical CO\-2 in making microcellular polymers are emphasized. A detail description of basic methods, such as batch method, pressure quenching method and continuous method, is presented together with the progress in the research of these methods. Finally, the futrue of microcellular polymers is also predicted.
