摘要
论述了球墨可锻铸铁的特点,重点探讨了该种材料的成分、组织和性能。实践表明,用球墨可锻铸铁代替可锻铸铁生产汽车后桥减速器壳,在铸造性能、机械性能及生产成本方面均是可行的。
In this paper the features of a nodular malleable cast-iron are described with emphasis on its composition, shructure and properties The production experience has proved that the casting properfy, mechanical properties and production cost associote with the substitution of this material for malleable cast-iron in making reduction gear housings of automotive rear axles are all feasiable.
