摘要
研究了在水溶液中合成新型固体润滑兼油品添加剂一NiMoO2S2及其原料(NH4)2MoO2S2的条件,其最佳参数为pH=4~5,温度为30℃左右和pH=7~9;温度为-5~0℃.还对产品的组成、结构及形貌进行了分析观察,并验证了NiMoO2S2作为油品添加剂和固体润滑剂从20~600℃的减摩性能;证实硫代钼酸镍是一种宽温度范围的润滑剂.
The process of chemical synthesis of a new kind of solid lubricant and oil additive-nickel oxythiornolybdate and one of its precursor material ammonium oxythiomolybdate were studied. Their composition, structure and morphology were investigated by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe and SEM. The results obtained show that their optimum parameters for synthesizing are: pH=4 similar to5, T=30 degreesC, and pH=7 similar to9, T=-5 similar to0 degreesC. NiMoO2S2 as a solid lubricant and an oil additive from 20 degreesC to 600 degreesC has good tribological behaviors, and can be regarded as a new kind of lubricant applied in a wide temperature range.
