摘要 采用二醇基柱分离、蒸发光散射检测法测定了饮料中的糖。比较了乙腈 水、二氯甲烷 甲醇两种流动相分析糖的特点。采用二氯甲烷 甲醇为流动相 ,果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖和棉子糖的峰面积与绝对进样量的标准曲线在绝对进样量为 1 6 μg~ 40 μg时均具有良好的线性关系。该方法对上述 5种糖的检测限分别为 0 2 0 μg ,0 16μg ,0 16 μg ,020 μg和0.20ug. A high performance liquid chromatographic method with a diol column and evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) was established for the direct analysis of fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and raffinose in mixture A separation column (Lichrospher 100 Diol, 250 mm×4 0 mm i d , 5 μm, Hewlett Packard, USA) and a guard column (Zorbax Rx SIL, 12 5 mm×4 6 mm i d , 5 μm) were used The mobile phase was a mixture of dichloromethane methanol (3 2∶1,volume ratio) Regression equations revealed linear relationship (correlation coefficients: 0 995 0 999) between the mass of carbohydrates injected and the peak area of carbohydrates detected by ELSD The detection limits of ELSD (S/N=3) were about 0 20 μg for all carbohydrates This system could be used for the routine analysis of simple carbohydrates in some common drinks on market
