摘要
本着“重点提钾 ,综合利用”的原则 ,用硫酸浸取伊利石。确定了最佳工艺条件及利用钾明矾制取钾肥的工艺路线。在矿粉 2 0 0目 ,酸浓度 5 5 %、压力 0 .3MPa、1 32℃的条件下 ,生产出钾氮肥、硫酸铝、氢氧化铝、二氧化硅填料等产品。
Under the principle of “key point is potassium extraction and comprehensive utilization of the ore”, illite was extracted with sulfuric acid the optional condition was obtained, the technological process was that potassium manure was produced through the intermediate product, potassium alum. With illite ore powder 200, sulfuric acid concentration 55%, at pressure 0.3 MPa, temperture 132℃, the products are K 2SO 4,(NH 4) 2SO 4,Al 2(SO 4) 3,Al(OH) 3,SiO 2 and others.
