摘要
对 2 - ( 4 -正烷氧基苯基 ) - 5 -溴 -嘧啶的合成进行了研究。以溴代正戊烷和对氰基苯酚为原料合成了对戊氧基苯甲脒盐酸盐 ,进而与溴代丙二醛相对接合成了 2 - ( 4 -正戊氧基苯基 ) - 5 -溴嘧啶 ,并通过核磁共振谱证实了其结构。总得率 70 % (以对氰基苯酚计算 )。
Synthesis of liquid crystals, 2 (4 n Alkoxylphenyl) 5 bromopyrimidines was studied, for instance 2 (4 n Pentyloxylphenyl) 5 bromopyrimidine(Ⅲ) was prepared in the presence of sodium methoxide by means of cyclization of bromomalonaldehyde and 4 pentyloxybenzamidine hydrochloride, which was in turn prepared via a series of reactions with n amyl bromide and p cyanophenol as starting materials. The structure of (Ⅲ) was confirmed by 1H NMR. The total yield was 70%.
