摘要
以弹性啮合理论和弹性接触理论为基础,以实测、试剃的试验方法,建立了剃齿刀修形的CAD数学模型,并编写了设计程序,得出了被剃齿轮副的最大修形量和修形曲线。在此基础上,再通过单片微机控制的砂轮修形,以实现修剃刀法,从而构成了我国国情的、装在y7125磨齿机上的“经济型剃齿刀修形用的CAD/CAM装置”。
Based on the elastic engagement theory and elastic contacting theory, a CAD mathematic model for reshaping the gear shavers is established and a process program is drawn up after the Verification by actual measurement and trial machining. Therefore the maximum possible reshaping amount and the tooth profile of the gears to be shaved are able to be obtained. On such a basis,the profile of the grinding wheel could be controlled and redressed by means of a monolithic precessor and the gear shavers would be conversely ground after all.In this way a CAD/CAM unit installed on model Y7125 gear grinding machine for reshaping the gear shavers is developed, which is ecomomic to be used and suitable for the condition of this country.
