摘要
采用微型等温积分反应器 ,在 2 4~ 4 0MPa ,2 40~ 370℃和裂解汽油中噻吩质量分数 2 2 0~ 6 2 0 μg/ g的条件下 ,对国产LY 980 2催化剂上的噻吩催化加氢脱硫的动力学特性进行了研究。以Simple Powell和Merson复合法对动力学数据进行最优化参数估值 。
The kinetics experimental of thiophene catalytic hydrodesulfurization over domestic Co Mo/Al 2O 3 LY 9802 catalyst were carried out in an integral micro reactor under following conditions: p =2 4~4 0 MPa, t =240~370 ℃ and mass fraction of thiophene 220~620 μg/g. By means of Simple Powelloptimal method and Merson integral method, the parameters of the kinetics model were estimated. Statistical test shows that the kinetics model estimated is highly acceptable and reliable.
