Disposal of the intermeshing region effect on melting procedure in co-rotating twin-screw extrusion theory study

对啮合区的处理是同向双螺杆挤出理论研究中的难点之一。采用能量法计算啮合区对熔融过程的影响 ,并将这一影响引入熔融过程的非啮合区理论模型中 。

The disposal of the intermeshing region effect is one of difficulties in the theory study on co rotating twin screw extrusion. This paper calculated this effect interms of a method called 'Energy Method', and introduced the effect to the melting model on screw zone of co rotating twin screw extrusion procedure. It is showed that the calculated results are close to the experimental results.
