机头流道的三维实体造型研究

阐述了三维实体造型技术的原理和计算步骤 ,结合高聚物片材挤出机头和用于塑木复合材料托盘挤出的“工”字型机头的研究实践 ,编制了三维实体造型的软件包并给出了两类机头的三维实体造型图。从使用效果来看 ,本项研究在机头的设计。

This paper provided a principle of the 3 D Solid Modeling technology and a software was worked out. In combination with the designing of the plat Die of polymer and the Skid Die of recycle plastic and wood fiber, a computer simulation of the die cave was made by application of this principle. As the result of the practice, this method is proved to be efficient in the designing and manufacturing of the die, and has a wide applying foreground.
