摘要
针对因无铅汽油的使用引起发动机排气门座过度磨损的问题,从气门座的材料与热处理工艺两个方面采取了改进措施,提高了其自润滑性及耐磨性。经台架试验和生产实践证明,效果很好。
In view of the fact that the premature wear of engine exhaust valve seats caused by the use of unleaded gasoline, the measures for improving both the seat material and heat treatment of the seats are proposed in this paper in ordor to enhance the self-lubricity and wear resistance. The bench tests and production practice proved that the effect of the improvement is significant.
