摘要
以模数为0.5mm的花键为例,研究了小模数花键的冷挤压工艺及影响花键成型的5个主要因素。试验结果表明,冷挤压花键齿面硬度比心部高34%,已相当于调质后硬度。
Taking a spline, the module of which is 0.5mm, as an example, this paper describes the cold extrusion technology for small module splines, and analyses five principal factors affecting the formation of splines. The experimental results showed that the hardness of tooth surfaces of extruded splines is increased by 34% than that in the core,which is equivalent to the hardness of seats treated by tempering.
