摘要
对复杂反应体系的反应—分离集成问题进行了研究。以 Denbigh反应为例 ,运用遗传算法对反应—分离循环的复杂流程结构进行了优化设计 ,分析了工艺参数对流程结构的影响。计算结果表明 :对含中间产品的复杂反应体系 ,存在反应—分离循环圈的现象 ;反应、分离之间的相互影响主要集中在反应—分离循环圈内。反应—分离集成流程结构和最佳工艺条件不仅与反应动力学有关 ,而且与反应器投资和分离难易程度有关。
The reaction-separation integration for complex reactions was studied in this paper. The reaction-separation recycling system of Denbigh reaction was optimized and designed by a genetic algorithm. The relationship between process parameters and structure was analyzed. The results showed that there is the reaction-separation circular loop phenomenon for complex reaction systems including intermediates. The influence between reaction and separation was concentrated in the reaction-separation circular loop. The reaction-separation integration structure and the optimal process conditions are not only related with the reaction dynamics, but also with the reaction cost and separation difficulty. The integration structure would be changed in terms of different reactions or separation cost.
