摘要
从界面能方法和结晶理论入手 ,研究了磷酸介质中表面活性剂对氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸钾、二水硫酸钙结晶生长的影响。利用薄层浸润法测定固液间的接触角 ,计算上述三种物质在磷酸介质中的固液界面能 ,研究得知 :最先析出氟硅酸钠 ,其次是氟硅酸钾 ,最后是二水硫酸钙 ;而且添加表面活性剂使界面能增大 ,其中聚乙二醇 10 0 0 0、OP乳化剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠阻垢效果明显 。
A thin layer wicking method was used to determine the contact angle of sodium fluorosilicate, potassium fluorosilicate, gypsum in phosphoric acid added four kinds of additives respectively. By Lifshitz-Van der Waals approach, four related interfacial energies were acquired. The results showed that the interfacial energy of Na2SiF6 is lower than that of K2SiF6, and that of Ca2SO4 · 2H2O is the biggest, and the additives make interfacial energy data much higher than that of without additives. Among the four additives, the effects of polyglycol10000, P-octyl polyethylene glycol, phenyl ether and dodecyl-benzene-sulfonic-acid-sodium are better and dodecyl-benzene-sulfonic-acid-sodium's effect on Na2SiF6 is the best.
