摘要
考察了 Pt和 Pd的引入对 Au/ Co3O4 催化剂的甲烷燃烧活性的影响 ,发现在 Au/ Co3O4 ( Au的质量分数为2 %~ 5 % )催化剂中掺入少量的 Pt(如 0 .2 % ) ,可使甲烷的催化燃烧活性得到显著的提高 ;相对于 Au/ Co3O4 催化剂 ,其甲烷的最低全转化温度降低了 5 0℃ .但 Pd的引入未提高甲烷燃烧的活性 .表明 Au- Pt/ Co3O4 是一个很有应用潜力的甲烷低温燃烧催化剂 .
Au/Co 3O 4 catalysts modified by Pt and Pd for the combustion of methane were investigated. It was found that the catalytic activity of Au/Co 3O 4 with a Au loading of 2%~5% for methane combustion can be greatly enhanced if a small amount of Pt, eg, 0.2%, was added. The temperature for methane total conversion can be decreased by 50 ℃ compared with Au/Co 3O 4. Pd, as an additive, was also tested, but no enhancement in activity was observed. The experimental results indicated that Au-Pt/Co 3O 4 catalyst could be a promising catalyst for the catalytic combustion of methane at low temperatures.
