摘要
探讨在聚乙烯醇存在下,镉(Ⅱ)-碘化钾-罗丹明B分光光度法测定食品中微量镉的可行性,讨论了影响测定结果的因素,确定了最佳反应条件。镉浓度在0~1.5μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,镉的回收率为95%~105%。
The possibility of the determination of the trace Cd in food by spectrophotometry of Cd( Ⅱ ) - KI - RB in PVC was discussed. The factors of determination were analyzed. The optimum conditions were determined. Beer's law is obeyed for Cd( Ⅱ ) in the range 0-1.5 μg/25 mL. The recoveries of Cd( Ⅱ ) are 95% - 105%
