小波变换用于钨和钼的同时光度测定 被引量:2

摘要 钨、钼与水杨基荧光酮 (SAF)形成三元络合物 ,以SAF作为显色剂 ,溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)作为稳定剂 ,室温下 ,在 5 0 0~ 5 4 0nm波长范围内测定其吸光值 ,将测定结果分别用偏最小二乘法 (PLS)处理和经小波变换后用偏最小二乘法处理。结果表明 。 It is reported in this paper that molybdenum(Ⅵ) and tungsten(Ⅵ) can be determined simultaneously by the color reaction with SAF in the presence of CTMAB under room temperature. The absorbances of the reaction system W(Ⅵ) Mo(Ⅵ) SAF CTMAB are taken in the spectrum range 500~540nm at every 2nm intervals. A chemometric method of data treatment is studied. Through the comparative study of data treatment by PLS method and by PLS after wavelet transformation, it is found that the accuracy of determination is significantly improved by using the latter method.
