摘要
用无隔膜的单室电解池作采样器 ,电解法采集黄铜样品 ,由Faraday定律计算采样质量 ,测定其中的锌、铁、铅、磷、锑、铋。测定结果与酸溶法一致。文中讨论了采样原理。
It is reported that a novel electrolytic method for the dissolution of brass sample is suggested in which the brass sample is acted as anode and the electrolysis is carried out in an electrolytic cell without diaphram. The amount of sample taken can be calculated either by the Faraday′s law ( m=kIt ) or from the mass difference of the anode before and after electrolysis. Conditions of electrolysis are optimized to acquire a 100% anodic current efficiency. A 0.2mol·L -1 sulfuric acid solution is used as electrolyte for the determination of zinc, iron, phosphorus, antimony and bismuth, and a mixed solution of 80g·L -1 sodium tartrate and 100g·L -1 ammonium nitrate as electrolyte for the determination of lead. It is reported that 0.7500g and 2.7000g of H59 brass sample are dissolved when the electrolysis is carried out at a current density of 750mA for 50min and 3h respectively. The elements mentioned above in the electrolytes are determined by the conventional methods and the results obtained are consistent with those obtained by acid dissolution of sample.
