摘要
介绍了汽车变速器的电控气动换档装置。该装置装在CA10B型汽车上,已经过20000余公里行驶试验,试验结果表明,该车与改装前的原车相比,在相同的工况条件下,可节约燃油2%,实现了有级变速自动控制。该装置还具有结构简单、成本低、适用面广等特点。
An electrical pneumatic shifting device for motor vehicle transmission installed on the Jie-fang CA10B Truck has been presented. The result of road test of the truck over 20000 km driving showed that 2% saving of fuel consumption has been achieved by the truck than that before, installing the device in the same driving condition, thus realizing automatic control for stepped transmission shifting. Also the device possesses features of simple construction, low cost and wide application.
