Resolution of Naphthalene, 1-Naphthol and 2-Naphthol Using the Parallel Factor Algorithm and Three-way Flourescence Technique

摘要 首次利用三维荧光分析法与PARAFAC算法相结合 ,在激发波长为 2 2 0~ 30 0nm(2nm为间隔 ) ,发射波长为 32 5~ 6 0 0nm(5nm为间隔 )对萘、1 萘酚和 2 萘酚体系进行了分辨研究 ,分辨结果与真实结果一致。该方法分辨速度快 ,易于编程实现 ,且分辨效率高 ,解决了三者同时分辨难的问题 。 The spectra of mixed system of naphthalene, 1-naphthol and 2-naphthol were resolved by using the combination of three-way fluorescence technique and the parallel factor (PARAFAC) algorithm. The excitation wavelength was set from 220 to 300 nm with an interval of 2 nm and the emission wavelength varied from 325 to 600 nm with an interval of 5 nm. This method, which has a high convergence rate and is easy to be carried out on computers, can successfully solve the resolving problem caused by spectral overlapping.
