摘要
研制了一种新型的全固态苯巴比妥传感器。其Nernst线性响应范围为 1.0× 10 - 2 ~ 5 .0× 10 - 6 mol L ,斜率为 5 9 0mV pC ,检测限为 2 0× 10 - 6 mol L。此传感器响应迅速 ,重现性好 ,稳定性好 ,用此传感器以标准曲线法对药物中的苯巴比妥进行了测定 ,方法简便 。
A new all-solid-state phenobarbital chemical sensor is reported. The sensor showed Nernst response at a slope of 59 mV/pC over the concentration range of 1.0 x 10(-2) similar to 5.0 x 10(-6) mol/L phenobarbital. The detection limit is 2.0 x 10(-6) mol/L. It has fast response and good reproducibility and good stability. The sensor has been used for the determination of phenobarbital in medicinal tablet by the standard curve method. The procedure of this method is simple and the result obtained agrees with that of pharmacopoeia.
