摘要
采用聚酰胺吸附管采集空气中的丙溴磷 ,经丙酮萃取后 ,用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法直接测定 ,方法简便、快速、准确、实用。空气中丙溴磷的最低检出浓度为 0 .1mg m3,低、中、高 3种浓度的平均加标回收率为 96 .3%~ 98.7% ,相对标准偏差为 3.1%~ 4 .9%。平均解吸效率为 95 .7%~ 98.9% ,采样效率为 10 0 %。- 10℃下 ,丙溴磷在聚酰胺管中可稳定 7天 ,室温下 ,可稳定
We present a determination method of profenofos in air by gas chromatography (GC). Air samples were collected by polyamide adsorbent tube, then determinated by GC on a 5% OV-101 chromsorb W-HP column with flame photometric detector. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The sampling efficiency, the eluting efficiency and the stability of profenofos on polyamide were studied. The sampling efficiency was found to be 100%. The eluting efficiency was found to be 95.7% similar to 98.9%. A profenofos sample could keep stable in a polyamide tube for 7 days at - 10 degreesC and for 3 days at 25 degreesC. Under the analytical condition mentioned, detection limit of profenofos was 0.05 mg/m(3). Average recoveries of profenofos were in the range of 96.3% similar to 98.7%. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 3.1% similar to 4.9%
