摘要
以干法和湿法分别将纳米材料Al2 O3、SiO2 、TiO2 加入到卷烟烟丝和滤嘴中 ,研究了纳米材料的四种加入方式对卷烟烟气粒相中焦油、尼古丁生成量的影响。结果表明 ,纳米材料干法加入滤嘴 ,降低烟气中焦油、尼古丁效果最为明显 ,2 .0~ 10 .0mg/支的添加量可降焦油 4.2~ 45 .3 %、尼古丁 1.7~ 2 8.4% ;干法加入烟丝 ,效果较为显著 ,添加 5 .0~ 2 5 .0mg/支的纳米材料 ,降焦油 4.2~ 32 .2 %、降尼古丁 2 .4~ 2 0 .3 % ,其中纳米Al2 O3的作用效果显著。纳米材料湿法添加到烟丝中 ,效果不明显 ;湿法加入到卷烟滤嘴丝束中 。
Nanophase materials Al 2O 3,SiO 2 and TiO 2 were added in the cut tobacco and filter tips of cigarettes with dry and wet methods respectively.The effect of nanophase materials in the reduction of the level of tar and nicotine in cigarette smoke was studied by using four different methods of addition.It is proved that the most effective method is to add nano particles in filter tips with dry adding methods,wherein nanoparticles with concentration of 2.0~10.0mg/cigarette resulted in reductions of 4.2~45.3% in tar level and 1.7~28.4% in nicotine level.The good effect was also demonstrated when nanophase material were added in cut tobacco by using dry adding method,in which nano particles of 5.0~25.0mg/cigarette caused reductions to 4.2~32.2% in tar level and 2.4~20.3% in nicotine level.Nano Al 2O 3 is found as the optimum one among three kinds of nanophase materials.The reduction of poisonous components using wet adding method is not obvious when nano particles were added in cut tobacco and even less when added in filter tips.
