摘要
通过在两个不同类型的服务企业进行问卷调查 ,对SERVQUAL标尺进行了应用研究。在调查数据的基础上 ,统计测量了总体的服务质量 ,并应用SAS中的联合分析模块得出服务质量五大属性的权重数值。研究显示 :通用性SERVQUAL标尺不仅可用于组织内部服务质量及其五大属性的测量 ,还可以用于对不同服务类型的服务组织间的服务质量差异的比较测量 。
This paper mainly explores SERVQUAL scale by questionnaire surveys in two different service enterprises in China. Based on the data from the surveys, this research studies the characteristics of the total service quality and estimates the weight of the five characteristics by using SAS. The research shows that the general SERVQUAL scale can be used not only to test service quality and its attribute within service enterprises, but also to measure differences in service quality between service enterprises. In general, the SERVQUAL scale can help service enterprises acquire information from customers.
