供应链企业间的交易成本研究

A Study on Transaction Cost of Supply Chain Enterprises

首先指出供应链是一种能够减少企业间交易成本的新的组织模式 ;其次 ,分析了供应链企业间的总成本———机会成本、交易成本与生产成本之和 ,供应链减少企业间交易成本的原因 ;信息交流、相互信任与良好的合作关系 ,以及供应链减少交易成本的三个阶段 ;接触交易、相互信任与合作联盟 ;最后 ,论述了供应链企业间交易成本的组成和影响交易成本的因素。

This paper indicates that supply chain is a new organization model that can decrease inter enterprise transaction cost. And then the total cost of inter enterprise of supply chain is analyzed including chance cost, transaction cost and production cost. And the paper analyzes the causes why supply chain can reduce transaction cost, such as information exchange, mutual trust, and fine partnership and the three phases, contact trade, mutual trust, and strategic association. Finally, its components and influences over transaction cost are analyzed.
