摘要
分析了传统的 8小时轮班作业方式在生产中的局限性 ,介绍了两种 12小时轮班模式在实际生产中的应用 ,着重描述了 12小时轮班方法的具体实施方式以及与国内传统的 8小时轮班作业方法在时间效率、工效及经济效益等方面的比较 。
This article states the limitation of traditional 8 hour shift work in production and introduces two modes of 12 hour shift work used in production. It focuses on the actual implementation of the 12 hour shift work as well as the comparison of efficiency, ergonomics and economic benefit between 8 hour and 12 hour shift work. In addition, the article describes the necessary conditions for applying 12 hour shift work and issues that enterprises should pay attention to.
