浅议备用信用证的境外筹资功能

阐述了备用信用证的性质及其境外融资功能与具体做法。我国银行在国内拓展此项业务 ,不仅是支持我国中小企业实施“走出去”参与国际竞争战略的有力措施 ,而且也是我国银行业与国际惯例接轨的需要。

The nature of the stand by letter of credit and its overseas financing function as well as the specific performance are stated in this paper. That Chinese domestic banks open this business is not only an effective measure to support our middle and small sized enterprises to go abroad and participate in the international competition tactics, but also the reguirement of the access of Chinese domestic banks to international customs and practice. The government should establish relevant policies to promote the domestic banks to do this business.\;
