酸性脲酶产生菌200L_1产酶及发酵条件的研究

对 2 0 0 L1菌株的酸性脲酶及发酵条件进行研究 ,结果表明 ,该菌株在起始 p H6 .5 ,温度 30～32℃时产酶活跃 ,脲酶在尿素诱导下产生 ,尿素浓度 1.0 g/ 10 0 0 ml时产酶最佳 ;Mn2 +对产酶有促进作用 ,Ni2 + 对产酶没有影响 ,Cu2 + 、Hg2 + 对产酶有抑制作用。

The strain 200L 1 which can produce urease and its fermenting condition are studied, the result indicates that the strain 200L 1 is active in producing urease under the condition of the primary pH 6.5 and the temperature 30～32℃, with the inducement of urea whose optimum concentration is 1.0g/1000ml;Mn 2+ has promotive effect on producing ureese, Ni 2+ has no effect while Mg 2+ and Cu 2+ has restraining effect.\;
