论现代中老年教师的体育保健与康复

现代社会中 ,相当一部分中老年教师的身体健康状况非常令人担忧 ,他们或者处于亚健康状态 ,或者患有不同的生活方式病 ,不仅影响了正常的生活和工作 ,而且严重影响着寿命。文章结合中老年教师的生理特点与疾病状况等 ,从体育保健与康复的角度提出预防和治疗这些非生物性因素疾病的有效途径。

In modern society, there are considerable middle and old aged teachers whose health is worrying. The sub healthy state or various life style diseases not only disturb their normal life and work but also endanger seriously their life span. Regarding the physical features and diseases, this article advances effective methods of preventing and treating those non biological diseases from the angles of health care by physical training and recovery.
