摘要
用溶液培养方法研究小麦对硼的吸收、积累与分配规律以及需硼的关键时期 ,结果表明 ,(1)随着硼水平的提高 ,小麦对硼的吸收及积累逐渐增高。随着生育期的推进 ,小麦对硼的积累呈直线关系。 (2 )无论硼处理水平高低 ,硼在小麦体内均以叶部分配最高。 (3)不同年份 ,气候因子不同 ,对吸收量不同 ,小麦需硼的关键时期为孕穗期。
The experiment was conducted with solution culture to study absorption,partition,and accumulation of boron in spring wheat and its critical stage of boron applicationThe results show that(1)boron absorption and accumulation in spring wheat increase with the increasing of the rates of boron applied,the relationship between boron accumulation and growth day of spring wheat is linear;(2)contrary to the partition of dry matter,boron partition in leaf is the highest in all organs of spring wheat under different level of boron;(3)the different climate factors in different years cause theat to require different amounts of boron for the need of its growth and developmentThe critical period of wheat for boron requirement is booting
