丛生竹高效育苗技术的研究

Studies on the high-effective raising seedling technique of sympodial bamboo

通过对竹秆、竹节和竹枝高效育苗技术的系统研究 ,总结出丛生竹主要竹种经济实用的育苗方法。结果表明 :正确选择苗圃地及母竹 ,用适当的植物生长调节剂处理 ,适时育苗 ,进行科学的抚育管理 ,可使育苗成活率由传统育苗方法的 10 %～ 2 0 %提高到 80 %～ 95 % ,竹苗质量明显改善。造林成活率达 90 %以上 ,实现了高效育苗 1hm2 ,规模化造林 35 0～ 90 0hm2 的目标。

Through systematical research on the high effective raising seedling techniques of culm,branch and knot,the economical,practical and effective raising seedling methods of main species of sympodial bamboo were worked out.The results showed that scientific raising seedling measures,including correctly selecting the nursery land and mother culm,branch and knot,handling mother bamboo with proper plant hormones,timely raising seedling,tending and managing in proper ways,could increase the seedling survival rate from 10%～20% to 80%～95% and improve the seedling quality significantly.To use the seedling outplanting,the afforestation survival rate could get to over 90% and therefore could achieve the goal that the bamboo seedling yield per hectare could be afforded to afforest 350～900 hectare.
