应用盐酸克伦特罗作饲料添加剂饲喂家畜对消费者的安全问题

PROBLEMS OF SAFETY IN THE USE OF CLENBUTEROL IN LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY

应用盐酸克伦特罗(HCl-Clenbuterol)作饲料添加剂饲喂家畜 ,借以提高其瘦肉率和减少其脂肪率已在欧洲导致多次的消费者集体中毒事件 ,促使欧美政府明令畜牧业禁用此药。中国农业部及药品检查管理局于2000年明令禁止生产、销售和应用此药作饲料添加剂饲喂家畜。本文综述了有关此药导致消费者集体中毒的事件和检验该药在肉品中残留量的精确方法及选择供检验该药残留量的合宜的畜体器官与组织标样等情况 ,借以提高国人认识应用此药作饲料添加剂对人的危害性 ,从而全力支持、拥护、贯彻执行我国政府的禁令 。

Banning of the use of clenbuterol and its analogues,bete-adrenergic recepter agonists in livestock industry to enhance leanness and restrict fat depostition has been enforced by the governments in Europe and in the United States since 1990 due to the abuse of clenbuterol so as to cause the outbreaks of a series of human intoxication with several hundred people affected.In 2000,the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture,together with the Bureau of Drug Sureiltance and Administration issues a directive to ban the use of clenbuterol as a feed additive for livestock.This review gives a brief description of the events concerned so as to promote our people's understanding of the danger of abuse of clenbuterol in livestock industry and call for their support to the government in the enforcement of this banning order.
